Korean Fusion cuisine hits Baltimore
Every food joint, in every city has its different levels of foodie taste, some you want to remember, some you don’t. Brown Rice Korean Grill is definitely one of those tasty kitchens that you never want to forget. Iv had the pleasure of meeting and working with Chef Heather with her launch of BROWN RICE right here in our own little Baltimore City. With two locations (Charles St + Park Ave.) and a third in the works @ Remington’s R-House, Brown Rice certainly speaks volumes for Chef Heather’s authentic Korean menu. A concept this good is unstoppable and has nowhere to go but up up up.
Bibimbap is a signature Korean dish that translates to “mixed rice” in Korean. Served as a bowl of warm rice topped with namul (sautéed and seasoned vegetables) sauce, fried egg sliced protein. Build a bowl and chow down!

Brown Rice has a Soju + Sake bar (Korean Rice Wine) as well! LGK Resto. created a 6 ft, hand painted wooden sign to adorn the bar area
